She was a member of Lifeline Assembly of God and she enjoyed traveling extensively.
Anna was preceded in death by her husbands Harry Lewis and William R. Smith; and her sister, Carrie Minton.
Survivors include her sons Tony Lewis, Gary Lewis (Mary), Edward Smith (Brenda), and Robert Smith (Polly); a daughter, Diann Brooks (Ollie); brother, Eddie Bowlds; sisters Velma Clark, Helen Rock, and Jewell Bishop; 11 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 Friday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy, followed by burial at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central. Visitation will be from 1-8 pm Thursday.
