Andy was born in Louisville, KY on March 8, 1976 to his parents, Sheila M. and Joseph Leo Smith. He had one brother, Brian Smith. After graduation from Ballard High School, he attended both Lexington and Jefferson Community Colleges.
Andy was an exceptional soccer player, and was a member of an undefeated team while at St. Xavier High School. He enjoyed all sports including outdoor activities.
Most of Andy’s employment was as a Server in Food Service.
He is survived by his parents; Sheila and Leo Smith; brother, Brian Smith; nephew, Jack Ryan Smith; niece, Libby Smith and his sister-in-law, Sara Ruby Smith.
His household included two cats, Romeo and Juliet, who he loved and adored.
A visitation to celebrate Andy’s life will take place from 1pm until 4pm on December 31, 2016 at Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Road.
