Amanda Slusher Roark

Amanda was a native of Clay County, KY, a member of Parkland Baptist Church, and retired from G.E after 30 years of service.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years Forrester “Frosty” Roark; parents Joe and Shirley Slusher; brother George Matt Slusher.

Survivors include her loving daughters Vickie Brauner (Richard) and Pam Huber (Rick); sisters Lucy Smith (Lester) of Manchester, KY and Linda Rader (David) of Somerset, KY; brothers Rufus Slusher (Lora) of London, KY, Clifford Slusher (Norma Jean) of Roark, KY, and Joe Edward Slusher (Debra) of Roark, KY; special sister-in-law Kathy Slusher; grandchildren Brittany Brauner Stowers (Phillip), Chris Huber, Craig Brauner, Eric Huber.

Her funeral service will be at 11:00 A.M. Friday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Okolona. Burial Calvary Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 4-8 P.M. and 9:00 A.M. Friday until service time at the funeral home.
