He was retired from American Standard after 40 years of service and was a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, the former Margaret Newton; and his son, Donald R. Elliott.
Funeral service: noon Tuesday, O. D. White Funeral Home, 2727 S. 3rd St., with burial in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation: 4 - 6 p.m. Monday
