Alicia Ann "Lisa" Wethington

56, of Louisville, passed away Friday June 27, 2014 at Norton Suburban Hospital peacefully in the presence of family.

Lisa was a member of the Metro Louisville WBA and actively involved in Youth bowling. She also was a board member of Greater Louisville Y.S.B.C Youth Association. Lisa was a Bronze Level Coach and enjoyed working with the younger youth bowlers. She was a secretary of many bowling leagues at Fern Valley Strike and Spare especially The Wednesday Night Mens League, where she had 40-5 member Mens teams and made many, many friends over 20 years of being secretary of that league.

Lisa worked for SWH Supply Company where she was a purchasing agent for 14 years where she made many dear friends that were considered her second family.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Robbie Carter and step brother, Danny Hazelwood.

Lisa is survived by her loving husband Bill Wethington, daughter and best friend, Patti Reynolds; son, Drew Reynolds; step-daughter, Brandee Helm; father and mother, Bill and Kitty Hazelwood; brother, Keith Carter(Susan); step sister, Brenda Mehler (Mike); adoring grandchildren, Jordan Reynolds, Lily Reynolds, Gavin Reynolds, Kendall Reynolds, Skylar Wethington and Austin Kelly; many, many nieces, nephews and close friends.

There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Lisa at noon on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Evergreen Funeral Home, with interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 1-8pm on Monday and from 10am-12pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
