Mr. Charles Palmer III, age 73, of Vista, California passed away on Monday, February 27, 2023.

A chapel service for Charles will be held Friday, March 24, 2023 at 12:30 PM at Los Osos Valley Mortuary, 2260 Los Osos Valley Road, Los Osos, CA 93402. Following the chapel service will be a graveside service at 2:00 PM at Los Osos Valley Memorial Park, 2260 Los Osos Valley Road, Los Osos, CA 93402.
