Aged 64, Bayani Naguit was born September 17, 1959 in the Philippines and migrated here in the United States in 1996. He has 12 siblings including him; 7 boys and 5 girls. Bayani was a devoted husband to his wife, Melanie Naguit, a father to his three kids, two boys one girl, and a grandfather of four. Bayani shows nothing but love to grandchildren. His favorite hobby is fishing and cooking, he loves to barbecue, and most of all he enjoys entertaining at every family gathering. Bayani loves to go to church at St Timothy Roman Catholic Church. He dedicated more than 15 years of his life to working for the San Luis Obispo school district. After retiring from the school district, he got bored staying at home so he decided to work part time for the Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo and at the sushi restaurant.
His passing was sudden and unexpected. While we lost our most beloved dad, he has been a rock to many, a master at sarcastic humor and witty timing to others, and even a pain in the neck, to what I'm sure is a small select few because no matter what happened between you in your lives, once you were marked as important to him, he'd be by your side if you needed him.
There was so much more to him than just dad, though to us that was his greatest role - he was also a friend, a coworker and colleague, a brother, i’m on the most of you, the list goes on and on.
Bayani Naguit will be surely missed and hope that he watches over us. We love you, dad!!!!
