Saul Garcia

He was born in Parral, Chihuahua,Mexico on June 5, 1929. Saul attended Prepa but left school without graduating to work and support numerous family. He married his beautiful bride, Micaela Rodriguez on December 25, 1954 spending 69 years together raising their family.

Saul had a career with Martinos Bakery for over 25 years and was a member of the Bakers & Confectionary Union. He had a passion for family, fishing, pool, reading and crossword puzzles.

He is survived by daughter, Irma Leticia Garcia-Romo, son, Saul Garcia, son, Arturo Garcia, daughter, Diana Morfin, 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 1 brother and 6 sisters.

Saul was preceded in death by his loving wife Micaela and is now reunited with her for eternity.

He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

A Visitation will occur Friday, February 9, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Divine Saviour Catholic Church 610 Cypress Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90065. A Rosary for Saul will be held Friday, January 19, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at Divine Saviour Catholic Church, 610 Cypress Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90065. A Funeral Mass will occur Saturday, February 10, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Divine Saviour Catholic Church 610 Cypress Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90065. A burial will occur Saturday, February 10, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, 966 Potrero Grande Dr, Rosemead, CA 91770.
