Richard Garcia, 82, of Rosemead, CA, passed away October 23, 2014 in Monterey Park, CA. Born in Los Angeles in the Bunker Hill (Alpine) area April 3, 1932 to Estanislao Garcia and Virginia Mendoza. Richard served in the Army (Korean War) and was honorably discharged in 1953. Richard was a painter for a construction company for over 40 years and was a member of the Painters Union. Loving father of Richard Vincent Jr., Jesse, Mark Anthony, Ricky, John Patrick, Ursula and Deborah. Also survived by 14 Grandchildren and 13 Great grandchildren, one brother Mario and sister Rosemarie. May he rest in peace.
