Funeral services for William Franklin (Wes) Weston 82, of Longview, Texas will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at Lakeview Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel, with interment following in Lakeview Memorial Gardens.
Wes was born August 24, 1931, in Jonesville, Virginia, to Norton N. and Mary J. Sprangler Weston and passed into eternal rest on November 29, 2013 in Longview, Texas.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and retired after more than 20 years.
Wes loved to work outside and was always on the move. He enjoyed fishing, girl watching, woodworking and playing pool.
Wes is preceded in death by his parents, a daughter; Donna Faye Weston, and several brothers and sisters.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Patsy Weston; daughter, Terry Lynne Weston Miles; son, R.G. (Ricky) Weston; daughter, Mary Jane (Janie) Weston; grandchildren Jeffery Alaxander Howell; Amanda Lynne Miles; William Michael Weston; as well as a brother, G.M. Weston; and sisters, Ruby-Nell Weston; Wilma Weston.
The family will receive guest from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at Lakeview Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
