Ginger was born to Milton and Gladys (Hendrix) Brown on January 11, 1945, in Lexington, South Carolina. For most of her life she lived in Liberty City, Texas, where her home is remembered as a place of love, comfort, and the most wonderful snickerdoodle cookies!
Preceding her in death was her beloved husband of 42 years, Scooter Boyd, parents, Milton and Gladys Brown, brother, N. L. Brown, sister-in-law, Ginger (Milam) Brown and brother-in-law Donnie Jordan.
Ginger will be lovingly remembered by her son, Ray Boyd, daughter, Renee Stallings, brother, Chuck (Mona) Brown, sister, Debbie (Johnny) Williamson, grandchildren, Whitney (Texas) Reardon, Trey Boyd, Joe Wynne and Shonda Barton, and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Ginger’s great love and joy was her family and she will be very deeply missed.
