Travis Gerald Darden

LONGVIEW — Memorial services are scheduled for Travis Gerald Darden, 69, of Longview, 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 12, 2017, at Lakeview Funeral Home. Arrangements by Lakeview Funeral Home, Longview. Mr. Darden was born May 14, 1948, in Tyler To Rufus Gerald Darden and Sybil Elliiott Darden, and died July 5, 2017 at a local hospital in Longview. He was a trucker and worked for JL Haskins before his retirement. He loved to joke and tell funny stories even to strangers. Left behind to cherish his memories is his wife of 40 years Isabel Darden,. Four Children Peggy Sue (Jim) Henshen and 4 grandchildren From Iowa, Timothy Aaron(Natalie) Darden and 1 Granchild from Amarillo Texas, Tanya Elaine (Kenneth) Mabes 3 grandchildren from Amarillo. and Jeffrey Scott Darden 1 grandchildren from Arizona. He was also survived by 4 step children Iliana (Arnold) Gonzales 4 grandchildren, Jerry Juarez 2 Grandchildren, Sonia (Jackie) McNew 5 grandchildren, Carlos (Shonda) Juarez and 6 grandchilldren from Tyler Texas and 18 great grandchildren whom he loved very much and will be miss him.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a step daughter Sonia Mcnew.
