Tom was a 1963 graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School (Arrowhead). He had fun working at K-N Root Beer Stand. He was known by high school peers for drag racing and "indescribable". Racing cars was one of Tom's favorite hobbies.
He worked as a mechanic at Crain's Pontiac Dealership and was a shoe salesman at Gus Kennedy Shoes.
Tom enjoyed playing competition bowling and pool at Pleasant Lanes Bowling Center. As a professional pool player, he won several tournaments. The bowling leagues he participated in, won in 1965. And LeTourneau Day LGE Champions 1965 - 1966.
Tom was a successful insurance salesman, a commercial professional driver and owned a cabinet shop business. He was a self taught electrician. He had a nak for figuring things out.
After retirement, he enjoyed buying, selling and trading cars. In his spare time, he collected coins.
Mr. Clark was preceded in death by his parents, Nathan Clark & Margaret (Bannister) Clark of Mt. Pleasant; brother, Nate Clark, Jr; sister, Winnie Grace Clark and Mary Bess Whittington; and aunt, Cleo Allen.
He is survived by his daughters, Rhonda Clark & Teresa (Clark) Owens; grandson, Corey Lott; older brother, Gary Clark; sister, Caroline Clark; and his nephew, David Davis.
