Doris Christine Ellis, 92, passed away Sunday, January 26, 2020 in Longview. A Celebration of her Life will be held Friday, January 31, 2020 at 2 p.m. at The Lakeview Mausoleum Chapel with visitation from 1-2 pm prior to the service. Entombment will follow at Lakeview Mausoleum.
Doris was born September 13, 1927 to James Alvin Clements and Velva Mae Keith Clements.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jack Lee Ellis; and brother, Leslie Clements.
Doris is survived by her daughter, Sharon Cole; son Brad Ellis (Karen), grandson, Ben Sapp (Monica); great grandchildren, Emery Sapp, Isaac Sapp, and Kaitlin Ellis; sister, Mildred Johnson; and several other nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
