Donna Sue Kiper

Donna Sue Windsor Kiper, 68, of Marshall, TX passed away November 16, 2016 at her residence surrounded by family in Marshall. She was born November 21, 1947 in Longview to Lester and Frankie Grindle Windsor. She grew up in Longview, attending Longview High School and graduated Class of 1966. She married Clayton Kiper December 20, 1980 in Bloomington, IL. She loved to sew, making and repairing clothing for the family, gardening and working in her flowerbeds.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years: Clay Kiper of Marshall; daughters: Laura Evans and her husband Bruce of Gilmer, Dawn DeLaurelle and her husband Joe of Longview; son: Joshua Kiper and his wife Nichole of Hallsville; grandchildren: Erica Marie Evans, Katherine Lynn Evans, Kelsey DeLaurelle, Nico DeLaurelle, Brody DeLaurelle, Jaxson Wade Kiper, Charlie Kiper; brothers: William (Butch) Windsor and his wife Debbie of Longview, Lester (Bubba) Windsor and his wife Wanda of Longview, Wesley Windsor of Hallsville; sisters: Sandra Grissom and her husband Robert of Houston, Jennifer Powell of Longview, and Stacy Bragg and her husband Steve of Lake Cherokee; her mother: Frankie Windsor of Longview; as well as a number of nieces, nephew, cousins, and extended family members. She is preceded in death by her father and her grandparents.

A time of visitation with the family will be held from 4 to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Lakeview Funeral Home, with services starting at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the funeral home.
