Graveside services for Bobby Lee Briggs, 43, of Hallsville, Texas will be held at 11:00a.m., Saturday, April 11, 2015 at Memory Park Cemetery. Mr. Briggs was born January 5, 1972, in Longview, Texas, to Roger Briggs and Cynthia Cole, and passed away April 7, 2015, in Longview. Bobby was a welder by trade and he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening. He is preceded in death by his father, Roger Briggs, his brother, Jerry Briggs, his maternal grandmother, Betty Means, and his uncles Casey Briggs and Willie Cole. Left behind to cherish his memory are his parents, Cynthia and Kent Chipman, aunts, Dora Reeves, Lisa Warnix, and Patsy Fyffe; paternal grandmother, Della Briggs, and uncle, Hollis Briggs. The family will receive relatives and friends from 6-8 p.m., Friday, April 10, 2015 at Lakeview Funeral Home.
