Bernard Owen Harold, age 82, of Longview, Texas passed away on Friday July 6, 2018. Bernard was born June 23, 1936 in Rhodell, West Virginia to Vera Baldwin Harold and Aubrey C Harold.

He was an Iron worker by trade, and enjoyed working in his yard, helping people in need and working on cars. He was a very active member of the Gideon's prison ministry.

Bernard is survived by his wife, Sharon Harold; daughter Starlynn Dunlap; son Warren Harold; son Brian Harold; and son Albert Harold; brother Troy Harold and sister Annette Paulet.

Bernard was preceded in death by; father Aubrey C Harold and mother Vera Baldwin Harold.

A visitation for Bernard will be held Monday, July 9, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 10:00 AM. A burial will occur at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, 5000 West Harrison Road, Longview, Texas 75604.
