Shirley Ann Pendleton

Shirley was born on April 9, 1943 in Firestone to Frank Cimino, Sr. and Elmira Carrico Cimino. She spent her entire life in Firestone. She graduated from Frederick High School in 1961.

Shirley married Dave Pendleton on April 22, 1962, sweethearts their entire life, they enjoyed 40 years together prior to his death. She was first and foremost a wife and mother. She was close to her entire family, providing for weekend gatherings and the head of all social occasions. They enjoyed many weekends boating, camping and water sports in general. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Firestone.

Preceding in death are her parents, husband, a brother Frank Cimino, Jr., and a nephew Joshua Angelo.

Surviving are her daughter Dena (John) Hickey of Broomfield; a son Davey Pendleton of Firestone; a sister Marlynn Nelson of Firestone; two grandchildren Samantha and John Hickey, Jr.; a great grandchild T.J. Hickey.

A visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday, December 3, at the Howe Mortuary Community Room.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 4, at the Howe Mortuary Chapel.

Interment will follow at Olinger’s Highland Cemetery, Thornton.
