Sherri was born in Boulder, Colorado on November 11, 1957, one of three daughters welcomed by Bessie (Romans) and Bary Rogers. She grew up in and around Boulder and Longmont, attending Centaurus High School in Lafayette.
Late in the summer of 1976, Sherri met a handsome young man at the Beer Pump in Longmont, who would turn out to be the love of her life. On March 13, 1977, Sherri married James Miracle, and they remained happily so until the time of her passing. Sherri and Jim were blessed with three beautiful children, Sarah, Tyeson, and Travis.
Sherri worked as a Quality Control Specialist for Ball Aerospace and appreciated the travel opportunities that came with her job. She was a hard-working woman who took great pride in what she did and continued to work as long as she could. She was blessed with great coworkers whose company was welcome. She had a fond affection for horses and volunteered with the Colorado Horse Rescue.
Sherri was truly a Rocky Mountain woman who enjoyed all things outdoors. She loved the Colorado mountains and enjoyed camping and fishing. She loved long drives in the country with Jim. BBQing with family was always a good time. Sherri LOVED sunflowers. Most of all, Sherri loved her family. They made her smile. Sherri was a loving wife, a caring mother, and a doting grandmother. Words cannot express how dearly she will be missed.
Sherri leaves behind a beautiful legacy and is survived by her husband of more than 45 years, Jim Miracle; daughter Sarah Miracle and her husband German Veleta; sons, Tyeson Miracle and his wife, Laura, Travis Miracle and his wife, Sarah; grandchildren, Victoria, Alexandra, Jaelynn, Sofia, Maria, Jacob, Hannah, Harper, and Mackenzie; and great-grandchildren, Edward, Nathaniel, and Rhiannon. She is also survived by her sisters, Latricia Rogers and Crystal Rogers, and numerous cousins and in-laws.
