Sarah Susan Mendez

On Thursday, October 23, 2014 our sweet Sarah Susan (Lemen) Mendez walked into the arms of Jesus. Sarah entered the world on November 15, 1974; we give thanks to God for the blessing she was for 39 years. She was a strong and courageous woman who touched many lives with her kind and loving spirit. Sarah joins her brother Matthew Lemen; her grandparents Robert and Betty Lemen, Lee and Atha Lortz; and her uncle, Kurt Lortz, who preceded her in death. She is missed very much by her loving husband, Danny Mendez, and their four children, Angelica, Lexie, Valery and Aaron; her parents Robert and Leatha Lemen; brother, Dave Lemen; sisters, Allie Kleinschmidt, Gloria Arthur, Anna Warmuth; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends. Funeral Services will be held 6:30 PM, Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Grace Place, 250 Mountain Ave., Berthoud, CO. Interment in Foothills Gardens of Memory, Longmont. Upon Sarah's request, in lieu of flowers, an educational fund has been established for her children.
