Sandy Lee Taylor

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sandra “Sandy” Lee Taylor on November 12th 2024. Sandy was born on March 10th 1943 to Robert and Bernice McBride. She was later joined by her sister Susan and brother Jerry.

Sandy was a Realtor in Longmont for over 40 years. She was known for working hard for her clients, available any day of the week and evenings to accommodate their schedules, and her unwavering efforts to help families find their home. Sandy was born in San Francisco and lived most of her life in Colorado. She became a member of the Longmont community in 1974.

In addition to her family Sandy loved animals. A long time equestrian, she rode and showed horses for much of her adult life. She also had wonderful dogs and cats for as long as anyone can remember. Her mare Victoria and newfiedoodle Max will miss her greatly.

She is survived by her loving partner Don, sons Kevin and Kyle, daughter Debbie, daughters-in-law Sherri and Qing, grandchildren Ryan, Jake, Zac, and Drew, as well as Don's extended family including Rhonda, Charles, Steve, and Nancy, grandchildren Steve, Kristen, and James, and great-grandchildren Isys, Maverick, and Jaxson who made her one of their own.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to your local Humane Society.

Private funeral services are under the direction of Howe Mortuary in Longmont, Colorado.
