Sally Ann (Jones) Bradley was born on April 20th, 1941 in Denver, Colorado to Constance Judith (Brown) Jones and Frank Raymond Jones. They moved to Estes Park and then to Longmont when Sally was six years old.
Sally attended Saint John the Baptist Catholic School and graduated from Longmont High School class of 1959.
Sally married Jerome Joseph Bradley at Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church in Longmont, Colorado on August 7th, 1958. Jerome and Sally were married for 57 years until his passing in January, 2016.
Sally and Jerome enjoyed camping in the beautiful mountains of Colorado with their four children. She absolutely loved the mountains and her view of the mountains from the foothills near her home across from McCall Lake. Sally and Jerome also enjoyed square dancing with the Hix-N-Chix square dancing club.
Sally was a lifelong Denver Broncos football fan. She held season tickets for several years and enjoyed the games rain or shine until she could no longer walk the stairs of the stadium. When she was not at the game you would still find her dressed in all her Broncos gear cheering them on.
She was a sports fanatic and cheered on all of Colorado’s teams, but also enjoyed cheering on her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren during all their sporting and extracurricular events.
She also enjoyed water aerobics every morning she was able with her “pool ladies.” She enjoyed being social and having coffee with her friends after the pool.
Sally was a lifelong and active member of Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church. Every May, she looked forward to attending the Mother-Daughter Breakfast at the church with her daughters, granddaughters, and great granddaughters. She was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society for over fifty years and held the position of president for several years. As a member, she volunteered her time serving others by organizing and serving funeral dinners at Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church.
Sally was preceded in death by her husband, Jerome Bradley and son, Jeff Bradley. Sally is survived by her three daughters Deborah Van Thuyne, Kim Knight (Joe), and Kathy Bradley.
