Rhoda Jane Jane Pfeifer

Jane Pfeifer passed away on February 29, 2016 at Longmont United Hospital in Longmont, CO. She was 66.Jane was born April 21, 1949 in Buffalo, WY to Helen and George Gearhart. After graduating from Big Horn High School in Wyoming, Jane enlisted in the U. S. Army and was stationed at Fort Ord, CA.She married Edward Lewis Dubner in 1969. Divorced 1994. She later married Jackie M. Pfeifer in 2004 and was happily married until he passed in 2006.She was a back office Medical assistant for over 20 years and very much enjoyed her years working with Dr. Stuart Steinberg at Burbank Foot Care.In 2014, Jane retired in California and settled in Longmont, CO where she enjoyed spending time with 4 of her 9 grandchildren and traveling to spend time with the grandchildren not residing in CO. Jane loved watching the Los Angeles Lakers and was able to attend many games. She also enjoyed sewing, DIY projects, and again, her grandchildren.She is survived by her children Kelly Zahniser (Jeff) of Valley Springs, CA, Jeri Foraker (Isaac) of Longmont, CO, Jon Dubner of Las Vegas, NV, and Kristy Cole of Sunrise, FL; Grandchildren “ Katie, Jillian, Zachary, Emily, Sophie, Maddie, Amelia, Dazey, and Arial.
