Patrick Dempsey

Patrick was born November 25, 1957 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Bernard Lee and Vonah Sue (Diehl) Dempsey. He grew up in the Boulder area and graduated from Fairview High School. Patrick and his wife Radine (Hirschfeld) were together since 1991. He was a gifted carpenter and owned and operated his company, Dempsey Construction. Patrick built their home in Erie. He loved spending time with his family and friends at the family cabin in Glendo, Wyoming. He loved snow skiing, water skiing, boating, motorcycling, sports cars and football, in particular the Denver Broncos and Colorado Buffaloes.

Patrick is survived by his wife Radine Dempsey of Erie, brother Stephen (Laura) Dempsey of Lake Ozark, Missouri, sister Robin (Steve) Katzer-Brim of Loveland, Colorado. He is also survived by his nephews Alex and Nick Katzer of Loveland and a neice Jessica (John) Raia and their three children, Lake Lee, William John and Greyson, all of Loveland, Colorado.

Patrick was preceded in death by his parents.

A celebration of Patrick’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at the Howe Mortuary in Longmont.
