On Wednesday, August 21,2019, Mary Anne Houston, loving wife and mother of one, passed away at the age of 43.Mary was born May 28, 1976 in Denver, CO to Randall Raitz and Dianna McKay.Growing up, Mary excelled at gymnastics, tap dancing and playing the violin and was known as Mertle the Turlte. As an adult, Mary enjoyed rodeo events, camping and tending to her collection of house plants. She was proudest of her orchids. She raised her son, Werner Stetson McKay, who she named after her grandfather Werner McKay. She is survived by husband, Derrald Houston, her parents and three brothers; Randy, Jonathon and Jeffrey and her grandmothers Norma McKay and Donna Raitz. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at the Ahlberg Funeral Chapel at 1 o'clock p.m. (326 Terry Street, Longmont, CO, 80501) followed by a burial service at the Mountain View Cemetery (620 11th Ave, Longmont, CO 80501).
