Margaret Marge Herrmann

Marge was born on January 23, 1934 in Troy, New York to Charles Reidenbach and Catherine Sage Reidenbach. She married Roman Herrmann on July 4, 1959 in Flushing, NY and the couple settled in Staten Island, NY where they raised three daughters.

In 1999, Marge and Roman moved from Staten Island to Longmont to be closer to their grandchildren. True to her Irish heritage, she was a devoted and mischievous grandmother with an easy smile. She was dedicated to having fun with her “angels”, Kyle and Jamie. Marge had many friends and was active in her church, Inner Court Ministries. As a hobby, she took up quilting and made dozens of lap quilts for family, friends, and charitable organizations.

Surviving are her husband, Roman, of Longmont; daughters Lorraine (Michael) Kirkland of Longmont; Jennifer LaRaia of Sherman Oaks, CA and Eileen Herrmann of Los Angeles, CA; grandchildren Kyle and Jamie Kirkland of Longmont; a brother Charles Reidenbach of Port Jefferson, NY; and a sister Mary Danner of Kingston, NY.

A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 31 at the Howe Mortuary Chapel. Services will be held at 3:00 p.m., with Pastor Mark Spencer officiating.
