Kyle R. Mccune

Kyle Ray McCune, 17, of Dacono, died February 24, 2007 at Medical Center of the Rockies, Loveland.Kyle was born on March 30, 1989 in Denver to Thomas Gerald McCune and Sharyl (Butts) McCune. He moved to Dacono that same year.He attended Frederick schools until transferring into Longmont, where he attended both Olde Columbine and Open Door Alliance School. As a youth, Kyle participated in sports through the Carbon Valley Recreation League. He enjoyed the mountains, camping and snowboarding. He played the guitar, frequently playing with friends in his garage. Surviving are his parents of Dacono; a brother, Brandon ?Bart? McCune of Dacono; grandparents, Betty Cluver of Dacono, and Quinton Butts of Quartzsite, Arizona; a great grandmother, Anna Lou Butts of Arizona; aunt, Lori McCune of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and uncles, Garry McCune and his wife, Elaine, Glenn McCune and his wife, Suki and Craig McCune, all of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Mike Butts and Debby Butts of Lakewood, Rusty McCune and his wife, Cheryl of Prairie Du Chien, Wisconsin.A cremation has been entrusted to the Howe Mortuary and Cremation Services.Services will be held at 3:30 p.m., Thursday, March 1, 2007 at the Lion Club of Dacono, 701 Carbondale Dr. Please share your thoughts, memories and condolences with the family at www.howemortuary.com.
