Karen, Nathan, Darlene and Pat,My heart aches for all of you today as you say final goodbyes to your Mother, Grandmother and Sister.I have so many fond memories of her hosting open houses out in the country and later in town and the campfire roasts.  We always had such a GREAT time at them.  I'm so thankful that Mom and Joyce were able to go on trips to Albuquerque to the balloon fiesta to visit us while we lived there and on their Senior trips together.  They had many special times and as always, MANY laughs together!I remember her love of frogs, her always giving candy canes full of M&Ms at Christmas, her baked goodies and candies (divinity and fudge) that she made and just being willing to help you with anything you needed.My mother and I had a wonderful lunch with her when I was back in May.  I'm so thankful for that time.  She asked about the kids and wanted to know what they were doing.  She was an Aunt to them too! She shared with us the activities she was involved in at Atria --  never one to sit still!She is dancing in heaven now and listening to all the wonderful music.  No pain, no worries and has been reunited with Lee and my Dad.  What a wonderful Christmas celebration they will have together this year!  Celebrating the birth of our Heavenly Father and Savior.May your memories you have of her get you through the difficult days ahead.  My love to each of you.Wanda, Gary, Kristin, and Kevin Becatti   

We are so sorry to have such a good friend leave but we know she is without pain now.

I am sorry to hear of Joyceâ€™s death. I have been remembering her fondly. She and Lee were a wonderful couple. Among many other things, I got to travel with them to Turkey in 1988. It was a real privilege to have been one of Joyceâ€™s pastors.May God's eternal promises in Christ bring comfort to you in this time of grief. - Bruce Welander

Joyce,I will always miss your sweet smile, support, and generosity at our Bluegrass and Gospel jams in northern Colorado. You were always willing to travel all over for these jams. Also, you enjoyed coming to our senior dances. We enjoyed How Great Thou Art and requesting it whenever possible. We also enjoyed Wild Road Band and traveled miles to see Grant. Karen and familyJoyce is at peace now and I will always remember her many acts of kindness to our family.  

Joyce will forever be remembered in our hearts for her kind and gentle spirit.  Her love for music and dancing is how we come to know Joyce.  She would bake us her delicious brownies whenever we would go on a trip - and would share her other baked goodies at the jam sessions, which she enjoyed.  Even after her foot gave her problems and dancing became difficult for her, she still came to the dances to watch and listen.  She just loved music.  We visited her at the rehab center in Longmont after she had surgery on her foot.  She was not in her room, so we went through the center to find her, we knew she couldn't have gone too far after her foot surgery.  Where did we find her?  In a little social gathering where there was music.  She remained positive after her surgery that she would one day dance again.  Well Joyce, you are now dancing in the sky.  You are now amongst other angels that have welcomed you with open arms.  You were special here on earth and you have the heavens rejoicing with your arrival.  God rest your soul, you have earned those wings.
