Dorothy Lee Simkins passed away December 9, 2018. Born July 30, 1938 to Cathrine and Hillary Carter. She is survived by her husband Ernie, daughter Cathy and Tom Weimer, sons Jesse Newcomb and Wayne Holdran, stepsons Ed Simkins and Ernest Simkins, sisters Betty and Joe Sexton, Rachel Talmage, brother George Carter and numerous grandkids and great grandkids.
