Dana was born September 5, 1949 in Sidney, NE the son of Ronald E. and Betty J. (Graham) Morgan. He moved from Nebraska to Longmont with his parents, brother Douglas, sisters Donna and Debra in 1966. He was a 1967 graduate of Longmont High School.
On September 14, 1968 he married Beverly Thompson in Denver.
Dana spent ten years in the Air Force and was stationed in Alaska, England, Biloxi, MS and Lowry Air Force Base in Denver.
He is survived by his mother Betty, sisters Donna Ramey and Debbie (Vern) Koldeway; son Don Alden (Jill) Morgan; grandsons Christopher, Zack and Casey all from McKinney, TX, several nieces and nephews and uncles, aunts and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Ron and brother Douglas.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 22 at the Howe Mortuary. Services will conclude at the Chapel with cremation to follow.
