Brian Keith Skillett, 44, passed peacefully on January 6, 2018 at his home in Milliken, CO.Brian was born March 10, 1973 in Longmont, CO to Wilson and Ruth Skillett.He was a professional and talented truck driver and hauled crude oil in Weld County, CO.Brian married Theresa Krische on January 16, 2009 and they dearly loved their seven children.Brian loved working on cars, NASCAR, softball and football. He will be sorely missed.He was preceded in death by his father Wilson Skillett.Brian is survived by his wife Theresa Krische Skillett, birth mother Ruth, two step mothers Diane and Rande, children Amanda, Baylee, Gemma, Alissa, Emilie, Elienor and Benjamin, siblings Lori, Scott, Jerry, Cindy, Steve and Terry, mother-in-law and father-in-law Jeanne and Dan Krische, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Vincent, Michael, Elizabeth and Laura, and their spouses; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.Visitation will be 6:00 to 7:30pm on Thursday, Jan. 11 at the Ahlberg Funeral Chapel.
