I am in shock. I just found out that Mark has passed away. Too young. He and I both graduated from Fountain Valley High School in the same year. We were in band and orchestra together, so I knew him pretty well back then, and had reconnected through Facebook several years ago. My condolences to all his family and all his friends.

On the anniversary of your death, we your Trojan Band Family are reminded of your wit and talent.

Mark Osborn was a very well-liked member of the USC Marching Band. Mark always was smiling and had a quirky sense of humor, which many of us appreciated. 

Mark attended many USC football games; particularly the Homecoming Games. The USC Alumni Band shall  miss him at such events.

Our deepest condolences and prayers for his family.

I just happen to wonder about mark look him up on Facebook and saw a prayer group sending condolences I'm so sorry Janet and family for your loss it was a pleasure knowing and taking care of him, Mark  always enjoy our walks  we will visit el chapo the turtle and enjoy the rose bushes from all the neighborhood. He like it when I took him chicharon he was always telling me his stories and his love story when he meet Janet. He played his violin and showed me a couple of songs he played, About USC and all his memories  mark you will be missed such a humble and kind person mark you will forever be in my memory God bless you all and my deepest condolences to the family.

I am so sorry for your loss. I remember how kind your husband and father was to our Daughter, Lauren.  There was a big dance, and Lauren forgot her ticket, I think. He took care of getting her in there & letting us know. 

Paige was also very sweet to her when she started school at Hughes. She was so happy to have someone who  was welcoming. I think it must run in the family.

I just started getting our prayer list at CHUMC, and saw your name. Please let me know if there is anything I or the church can do. Know that your are still in our prayers.


Thank you for allowing me to see a snapshot of your family , Mark taught me the love of his music , his interesting sense of humor and our walks together made great memories and  still bring a smile to my face . Praying for you Janet and your 3 girls , Gods comfort and peace to you all
