Cynthia Santos Barraza

Cynthia Santos Barraza was born on May 1st 1972 in Tamuning, Guam. She is the daughter of Leopoldo Santos and Nelia Belin. She is the sister to Jocelyn Chang, Rommel Santos, and Jason Santos. She is the wife Ernie Barraza and the mother of Cynelle Barraza and Ernie Barraza Jr.

Cindy went to school at Dominguez Elementary, Carnegie Jr. High, Banning High, Harbor College, and University of Phoenix. She worked at Tayco Engineering in Cypress.

Cindy loved to play volleyball and ping pong. She also loved to participate and watch Soccer as well as Raider football.

Cindy will forever be known as a fighter and admired for her faith in God. She often said “God has a plan, and his plan is perfect.” Cindy had a way of making people feel loved and happy with her humble personality. Her smile was as big as life, and at times was very infectious.

Cindy’s laughter will always be heard, her smile will forever be seen, and her influential and endless love will always live in our hearts.
