Never forgotten.  We had fun with the Wilmas gang.


When I first met Carol, in 2017, she greeted me with such a warm smile.  I instantly liked her.   Little did I know, just how sassy & funny she was.    I got such a kick out of watching Carol, & sister Joan, banter with one another.   They were like a, “well oiled” comedy team.   When I think of Carol, I will remember her fun loving spirit and quick wit.    She left us all, too soon.

We are really having a  really hard time believing that we will not see you again.  I’ve been told that we will see you again when we are all reunited, but I want you here with us now.  We need you here with us.  So many memories we have from Easter, Halloween, Christmas and vacations. I know you are happy to be reunited with David, the love of your life, Richard, Mom & Dad, Momo & Popo and various other aunts & uncles and other relatives.  We, however, who are left behind are  struggling with all of this.  Just letting you know that we think of you all the time and tell funny stories but our hearts are truly broken. What a wonderful lady you were.  Whenever we ran into each other at Toyota, you always had a smile on your face - not to mention that I loved your cute and stylish hair cut.  May your smile continue as you take your rest in Heaven.  My prayers and condolences are with the family during this time of bereavement

Lets just start out by saying she helped my out in so many ways that I am very blessed to be able to work with such a great person.
I have been working with Toyota for many years now and was not to pleased when she retired and now this.
Working in the parts department, many mornings I would show up to work with no parts or issues with our order.
I also had many phone numbers of individuals to call only to get a voice mail.Boy let me tell you that was a boiling point.
Carol was one of the only people that would answer the phone with out getting voicemail.
She wasn't always the most pleasant to deal with so early and in my panic state but she was a least of voice to talk to.
Now I know I wasn't the only dealer calling in, so I could tell she had a lot on her plate.
That being said she was always able to give me some what of a answer and take care of my concerns.
I truly miss dealing with such a great person.
WE LOVE YOU CAROL!!!!!


Rest in Peace Carol. You were a wonderful friend over the years. I remember when I first joined the company you were so nice in welcoming me to the company. You were always genuine with your feelings and made everyone feel good to be around you. I will always remember the hugs you gave me every time we saw each other. I and so many others will miss you, rest easy friend.

I've been a Lexus/Toyota member for almost 10 years.  I did not have the opportunity to meet with Carol in person but we exchanged a lot of communication through emails.   Just from the conversations we've had, I know she was a nice person and I was so right.   She had help me with many questions on who to contact on situations or if she could she would help me herself.  She will be surely missed and my prayers goes to all her team members and her family.  May you rest in peace!!!

I had the honor and privilege of working with Carol at the LAPDC and I always cherished the moments with her sharing the history of her personal life and Toyota's history.  She will be dearly missed and forever remembered as dear member of the Toyota family.



You will be greatly missed my friend.  I enjoyed your personality, loving, caring and joyful!  May you RIP, and may the Lord provide comfort to your family.  I believe David is waiting for you in heaven.
