Randy and Family, my deepest condolences on Ron's passing. I did not know until my Mom arrived in Florida today. Many fond memories of us all growing up in South London.

My deepest condolences go out to the friends and family of Ron.  He's a truly unforgettable work of art. I had the pleasure of seeing him almost daily and never saw him without a smile on his face.  With a sense of humour so similar to my own he never failed to make me smile, even on the darkest of days.  I feel honoured to have know such an amazing man.  He will never be forgotten and will always have a special place in my heart. "If tears could build a stairway, and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to Heaven and bring you home again."

Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.

My Father (Gordon Fraser) worked at Consolidated with Ron or "Lofty" as he was affectionately called.  I met Ron many times, he was the sweetest, kindest dearest Man.  My brother and sister called him "Frankenstyle" because of his height, and they were so tiny. He laughed and took it all in stride. As that was his way. I was  surprised to see him at Fred and Allison's wedding (small world) I will miss bumping into Ron at numerous locations around London. I am so sorry for your loss.  He was the best of the best

“A cousin is a little bit of childhood that can never be lost”. One of my fondest memories of growing up was spending time with my cousins. Such fun ~ The Firth family picnics in Aunt Nan’s backyard on Langarth Street, sleeping in the tent at Aunt Ivy’s and decorating Easter eggs at my Mom and Dad’s house on Woodward Ave. Because Ron, Dorothy and I were the closest in age, we had a special bond. Sadly, now you both are gone. Ron, one of my favourite times with you was going to watch Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash at the London arena. Our sincere condolences to Marg, Sonny, Randy and families on your loss. Love always from your cousin Jan.

My condolences to you Marg, Russ, Linda, Randy, Gay and families.  Why things happen we don't always know, but there is always a reason.  Mom left us last year, and who would have thought Ron would follow so close behind. Even though we drifted in different directions, I always loved Ron, and he knew it.  With saddness in my heart, I say Good-bye.

It is with heavy tears that I sit here, my heart full of grief. Ron will always hold a special place in my heart, it will replace the pain that is sitting here at this time. He was always my "special buddy" - when I was little I would make "easy bake oven" cakes, just for him, and he would eat every one of them and tell me how good they were.  I thought "how special I was" to go with him and Dianne to the Drive-In, and sit in the middle between them! What a patient, understanding man he was! He was my rock through my younger years. He will always be my brother-in-law. When the life cards change, the love of those left behind are still very real. I love you Ron, always have, always will. I am so happy that you were able to join are family again his past summer, I will cherish those memories. I grieve that my children didn't get a chance to know the love in your heart, but because of the history they have, and will always, call you "Uncle Ron".
