Louise Mahoney

Louise went home very peacefully & gently to be with her Lord on April 25th, 2016 in her 104th year. Louise was born in Pleasantville, Nova Scotia on August 13, 1912 and was the last remaining child of the late Reuben and Margaret Cleversey. She was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Thomas Edison Mahoney (2003) and her siblings Bronson, Esther, Annie, Edwin, Martha, Willard, Everett and Helen. Dearly loved mother of John

(Marilyn) Mahoney and Margaret (Rick) Tweedell. Loving "Gramma" to Susan (Steve) Byrne and Bob (Heather) Mahoney. Special "Great Gramma Louise" to Erin, Danny and Sara Byrne and Hayden Mahoney. She will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may gather at Needham Funeral Home at 520 Dundas Street, London, Ontario on Friday April 29th, 2016 from 6-8PM.

Funeral service will be at the same location on Saturday, April 30th, 2016 at 11:30AM with visitation one hour prior. Interment to follow.

Louise's family extends sincere thanks and appreciation to the staff at Chez Nous Retirement Lodge in Stoney Point, Ontario for their loving care and compassion shown to her since 2008 when she began her time living there. You are very special people.

Appreciation and thanks also go to the staff in Medicine A Four W at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance for the tender and vigilant care of Louise in her last two days of life.
