Jennifer Marie Holman

It is with great sadness that Cayle and Amy announce the passing of their mother Jennifer Marie Holman (formally of Chatham). She passed away peacefully at 12:05 pm on Tuesday July 14, 2015 surrounded by her children and close friends. Jennifer will be lovingly remembered by her mother Marion Hopman, sister Annette Everitt and brothers Mitch and Garf Howe of Chatham and area. Cayle and Amy find themselves very humbled by the out pouring of love, support and prayers they have received from everyone. They have been heard and appreciated. Mom’s greatest joy in life was her children. She was courageous, externally strong and an all-around amazing woman. She loved to surprise people with her wit and ability to always make people laugh. Although this may be difficult to do at this time, just know that Jennifer lived to see us all smile. We would like to give special thanks to Jane, Deb, Steve, Lynsey, LJ, the ICU and 7th floor nurses, 3rd floor Dialysis Unit, doctors and palliative care team at the University Hospital for their amazing care and support they provided for out mother over the years and the last few days of her life. A Funeral Service to celebrate Jennifer’s life will be held in the Needham Funeral Chapel (520 Dundas St., London) on July 24, 2015 at 3 pm with visitation from 2-3 pm.
