Gertrude Marie Demers Stanlick

Surrounded by her family, Mrs. Gertrude Stanlick (Demers) died peacefully in her 82nd year after a lengthy battle with cancer. Predeceased by her beloved husband Gerry (March, 1997). Loving mother of Fred Stallaert (Anne), Marjorie Black (Dave), Barb Elrick, Pauline Silvestro (Bob), Paul Stallaert (Deb). She will be missed by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family would like to express their gratitude to the CCAC, Hospice of London, London Consistory Club and Saint Elizabeth Health Care. Special thanks to nurses Chantel Burke, Jan Morris and Narges Pazooki and palliative care Dr. Marie Parent. Visitation will take place at Needham Funeral Chapel, 520 Dundas St., London on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm, where the Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday July 14, 2010 at 10am. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
