Pamela R. Wolfson (Ziehr), (67) of Farmington, MI, died on February 23, 2020, at St. Mary’s Hospital of Livonia, following a brief illness. She was born in Detroit, MI on Oct. 26, 1952, daughter of the late George and Patricia (St. Onge) Ziehr.
After graduating from high school, Pamela pursued many careers including Industrial sewing and nail technician. She ultimately found her passion working in the medical field as a geriatric care assistant. Pam was married to Robert (Bob) Wolfson, deceased October 2004.
In her younger years, she enjoyed spending time with her family, playing games such as marbles, jarts/horseshoes, dominoes and cards. She loved being outdoors, especially camping and spending time at the “lake” with friends. In her later years, she enjoyed working in the yard, doing craft projects, dancing and spending time with her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Pamela is survived by three sisters: Christine Heintz (Henry – deceased) of Royal Oak, Kathleen Tell (Gregory) of Northville, Joanne Rundell (Jim) of De Witt; two brothers: George of Redford and Steven of Redford; fourteen nieces and nephews: Kimberly, Brian (Denice), Tamara (Richard), Richard, Quinette (Jeff), Jared, James (Dragana), Nicole, Brandy (Shane); twelve great nieces and nephews: Westin, Avery, Foster, Breanna, Abby, Nate, Thomas, Aidan, Wyatt, Ethan, Alyssandra and Analia; two aunts: Helen St. Onge (Donald-deceased) of Dearborn, Rosemary St. Onge of Green Valley, AZ: She was preceded in death by her husband Robert (Bob). Numerous cousins and friends also survive.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Sunday, March 15, 2020 at Harry J. Will Funeral Home in Livonia, MI. The family will receive friends at 11:00 am, 2 hours prior to the service.
