Matthew Thomas Markwardt passed away January 13, 2018 at the age of 49. Beloved father of Matthew Jr. and Madison. Cherished son of Mary Ellen and Gary. Loving brother of Angela Mills. Matthew retired from Ford Motor Company. He was also a proud owner of “Clean Roof Guys.” Those who knew him will remember Matthew for his fun-loving personality, his dedication to his family, and his special sense of humor.
Visitation Thursday, January 18 from 4-8pm, with a Rosary at 7pm, at Harry J. Will Funeral Home 37000 Six Mile Rd in Livonia. Funeral Mass Friday, January 19 at 10:30am, in state at 10am, at St. Colette Catholic Church 17600 Newburgh Rd in Livonia. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Richard H. Stanisz Scholarship Fund, K of C Dooley Council #5492, 17600 Newburgh Road Livonia, MI 48152.
