Miss you dear cousin.  Can’t believe it has been three years.  Kenny has been gone three years as well as of May 8. I miss my brother!  I remember how you always said “we have to take care of our brothers. “.     Rest in peace Kenny and Maria!   Love, Adele

While in high school, Mrs. Wills was always warm and welcoming when I would stop by to meet up with Tom.  I fondly remember her big eye glasses, and even bigger smile, each time she answered the front door. 
I remember dropping by years later while Tom was in town - after she had received her cochlear implant.  A smiling Mrs. Wills greeted me at the front door on Seltzer.  As I began speaking with her, I realized that although she had known me for decades this was the first time she had heard my voice and it made me tear up a bit. She saw this and gave me a huge hug. I recall feeling very happy for her and her newly restored sense of hearing.
Mrs. Wills was a great person.  She will be missed.

I don't think there is one particular memory that stands out.  I just remember Mrs. Wills always being in a fun mood when I was around.  She was always offering me something to eat or drink, and we seemed to share a sense of humor.  She was certainly tolerant of some of the teenage shenanigans that I provided.  She was loved by so many and will certainly be missed. 

I have so many memories over the years, But the first one that always pops in my mind is such a simple one.  It was only a few years ago and  Tom and Maria were visiting Doc Tom and I came into town for a short visit.  One afternoon I helped Maria make dinner.  We joked and laughed and compared cooking tricks.  That evening is was one of those days where you just say to yourself "today was a good day,"  I had no idea that everytime her name was mentioned or I thought about her, that afternoon would be my first thought.  And everytime...I mean everytime it always warms my heart a bit!

Tom and Family: I am so sorry to hear about your mom.  I remember going over your house and she was always so sweet to me.  I always felt welcome in your house.  Tom, you have her smile.  Sending love and prayers your way, and I'm sorry I can't be there.

Maria was such a kind and beautiful person. I will miss her fabulous smile, the twinkle in her eye, the way she wrapped Elise's Christmas presents in box upon box so she had to unwrap them all to get to the gift, her pride in her boys, the way she called Renee, Renny,  her yummy cookies and food, and her kindness and warmth to me. She will be missed.

Losing you and my brother, Ken, within one week has been devastating!  
I cherish the countless good times we had together from young children to our recent cousin luncheons. Those special meetings were filled with  love, laughter and great family stories that will always be remembered.  I will dearly miss you!
Bill and I keep Tom, Tim and family in our thoughts and prayers.

Maria was my best friend, my sister in law, my mentor and confidant.  She helped me through some difficult times in my life, and helped me work through many situations that have paid off to this day.   She alway saw the best in people; she didn't have a mean bone in her body.  Her passing has left a huge hole in my heart that will be there for a very long time.   But I will choose to remember the 40 plus years we have been friends.  The 7th floor elevator ride, tp-ing our friends homes, our Christmas cookie decorations, Christmas tree cutting and the jester craziness that lasted for several years and ended up including Gordon and Domenic.  We had a lot of laughs together and lately a lot of tears.  I will miss you greatly my Dear Friend.

I have so many fond memories of Maria.  We go back a very long way.  I recall teaching her how to drive when she was a teenager.  Later giving her a bridal shower followed later by a baby shower.  Over the many years we had lots of laughs and many enjoyable times together.  She was always a fun person with a great personality.  I can't believe she is gone.  She will be sorely missed.  I will always cherish the privilege of knowing her and the wonderful memories.

To all our family,
Aunty Maria was and will always be, one of the most important people in my life.  She was always there for me in good times and bad.  There is a hole in my heart that will never be filled and I will miss her beautiful smile and infectious laugh.    From my first memories to the one we shared the day before she left us, I will always feel love.  Wishing we could hug, cry and laugh together in these days.   I love you all.  There is nothing like familia.
