Loving mother of Rebecca (Derek) Fowler and Ramona Harris. Proud grandmother of Lana Fowler, Kyra Fowler, Chloe McPherson, and Carlee McPherson. Dear sister of Marilyn (Robert) Sluka. Lillian is preceded in death by her parents Daniel and Helen Walaskay.
As an active member of the Ward Church, Lillian's faith was steadfast, and her commitment unwavering. Her presence was a beacon of light, her smile a source of comfort, and her kindness a testament to the goodness she spread wherever she went.
Beyond her spiritual community, Lillian's passion extended to her alpaca farm, a testament to her nurturing spirit and love for animals. She tended to her herd with care and devotion, fostering a sanctuary where the gentle creatures flourished under her watchful eye.
In addition to her alpacas, Lillian found joy in breeding Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, an endeavor she shared with her cherished family. Together, they nurtured these beloved companions, fostering bonds that transcended the ordinary, particularly with her cherished dogs, Tina and Damian. Their loyalty mirrored the depth of Lillian's affection, creating a bond that was as unbreakable as it was profound.
Lillian's talents extended beyond the home and stables; she found solace and creativity in the gentle art of crochet. With nimble fingers and a creative spirit, she crafted intricate pieces for their farm store, infusing each creation with love and care.
Yet, above all, Lillian's greatest treasure was her family. They were the heart of her world, the source of her joy, and the reason for her unwavering devotion. Every moment spent with them was a cherished gift, and her love for them knew no bounds.
As we mourn the loss of Lillian, we find solace in the memories she leaves behind. Her legacy of love, compassion, and dedication will continue to inspire us all. Though she may no longer walk among us, her spirit will forever dwell in the hearts of those she touched.
