Sorry to hear of the passing of Uncle Floyd. He was a funny, kind and generous gentleman. 
 I have  cherished memories of a family holiday where we went on a road trip to Niagra Falls in a van borrowed from his brother.  The bonnet flying off and then the deckchairs collapsing still make me laugh to this day.
You made the best beetroot, and you laughed as I cleared you out of it, it was breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack.
You will be missed by all who knew you.

So sorry to hear of the passing of my Uncle Floyd, he was a kind and funny gentleman. I remember chasing him around the garden with a water hose. I often share the story of our road trip to Niagara Falls in his brothers van and my daughter still kicks around the house in the old blue Michigan hoody.  Happy memories that will last a lifetime and that will be shared over and over again.

So sorry to hear of my Uncle Floyd's passing. I have very fond memories of his visits to Scotland with my Aunt Agnes. I cherish the memories of my visits to see them both.  I loved his garden, visiting his dad, spending time with his family, our tour to Niagra and staying on Lake Walloon. He was very kind and loved fun. (He took us on the Gemini in Cedar Point — not for the faint hearted.) Grateful to have had such a gentleman as an uncle. xx

We were sorry to here about the passing of my Uncle Floyd we have good memories of him and my Aunt Agnes who was my mums sister when they visited us in Scotland he was a very funny man and tried to show us how to play peanuckle but we weren't very good at it. It was comical watching him trying to understand how spoke because we spoke to fast we will miss him dearly as we miss Aunt Agnes. Rest In Peace Uncle.

So sorry to hear today 23rd Dec 2019 of my Uncle Floyds passing. 
I have lovely memories of him and my Aunt Agnes in person from their visits to Scotland and from correspondence over the years and also from  the many stories told by my sister and her family , my Mum and Dad and my son Marc who were lucky to visit my Aunt and Uncle in Livonia.

James 'Floyd' Harlin was my uncle and I am so sorry to hear he has passed. He was married to mum's sister Agnes Cairney and I have lots of happy memories from the times I spent in Livonia when I visited with my family and when He came to Scotkand . I an so sorry I didn't know he died. So sad nobody thought to inform me, my sister or brother. 

My dearest Uncle Floyd - he and Aunt Agnes were second parents to me and my siblings. They were at all our events, every holiday and with us for everyday life. We could always count on them. He loved a good joke and laughed when we put 16 teaspoons of sugar in his coffee.  He gave me some great gardening advice and we would compare our tomato harvest. When I moved to NC he sent me the comfrey that I still have. He loved to play cards at the senior center. He refused to get hearing aids and we had great loud conversations on the phone for years. I noticed when I was there last that he has saved all the letters I had written him. So sweet. I have wonderful and loving memories and will miss him.
