Family was the light of Frances's life. She found her greatest joy in nurturing and loving those closest to her. She shared a particularly deep bond with her beloved grandson Ryan, whom she cared for until his passing; he was her everything. Frances also adored her Dalmatian, Hugo, who brought her comfort and companionship.
Frances had a special love for holidays, relishing the opportunity to bring her family together with her cooking. She was an avid traveler, exploring the world and savoring new experiences. At home, she expressed her creativity through crocheting, crafting, gardening, and, of course, her love of shopping.
She leaves behind a large and loving family to cherish her memory: her six children, Charles Strong, Sandra (Mark) McConchie, Leonard (Barbara) Strong, Eric (Julie) Strong, Catherine Lemaux, and Chris (Eydie) Strong; her grandchildren, CJ, Tony, Kirsten, Joanna, Kyle, Kory, Kody, Kourtney, Erica, Mary Kate, Jason, Michelle, Jonathan, Ryan, Cristina, Britney, and Brad; and her great-grandchildren, Trinity, Khaliyah, Marcus, Cooper, Summer, Cosette, Quinn, Ivan, Niall, Charlie, Brody, Liam, Bryson, Ethan, Nathan, Wyatt, Griffen, Emma, Allie, and Gretta. Frances is also survived by her siblings, Ronald Scharnagl and Florence McCloskey.
In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Strong, and her grandson, Ryan Strong.
Frances will be remembered for her kind and generous spirit, her love of life, and the joy she brought to everyone who knew her. Memorial contributions in her honor may be made to Shriners Children's, a cause close to her heart.
She will be deeply missed and forever cherished by her family and friends.
