A longtime Dearborn resident, Don married the love of his life after serving a tour in the in the US Army stationed in Germany. After a career as a master tradesman, Don got involved in a number of creative pursuits while in retirement which included building furniture, painting and constructing elaborate bird houses. He relished his time with family, whether it was vacationing at the beach, making pizza with grandchildren, or attending dance recitals. Don is survived by his wife of 62 years (Mary Roulo), three children (Linn DeRose, Brian Sharrow, Pamela Ferrera), two son-in-laws and five grandchildren. His infectious personality will be greatly missed by all.
