Don Charles Bramlett, age 73, of Livonia, Michigan passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2023. Loving husband of 44 years to Ann. Beloved father Nathan (Tara) Bramlett, Lora Kadwell and Sara Bramlett. Proud grandfather of Connor Campbell, Cooper Campbell, Annabelle Bramlett, Elliott Bramlett, Jacob Kadwell, Lila Kadwell and Ian Kadwell. Dear brother of Mark (Michelle) Bramlett. He was preceded in death by parents Percy and Dorothy Bramlett.
Don was very active in the Boy Scouts. He was a troop leader of troop #897 and Boy Scout council member, where he was honored with the Silver Beaver award. He was also an active member and volunteer for IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) and MSP (Michigan Society of Professional Engineers). Don was a senior project manager for DTE Energy, where he worked for over 35 years.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory are appreciated to the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
A visitation for Don will be held Sunday, December 17, from 2-8pm at Harry J Will Funeral Home, 37000 Six Mile Rd., Livonia, MI 48152, with a prayer service occuring at 7pm. A funeral in state will be held Monday, December 18, at 10am at Mt. Hope Congregational Church, 30330 Schoolcraft Rd, Livonia, MI 48150, followed by a funeral service beginning at 11am.
