I worked with Brad at Riddell for 9 years as his Regional Sales Manager.  Brad was a great man.  He was a loyal, dedicated and the hardest working sales executive in the Region. You could count on Brad for anything! He was trusted, respected, and revered by everyone in the company! I was so confident that I named him my Regional Training Supervisor soon after I started working for Riddell.     Although, I have not been with Riddell for several years we still maintained regular contact with each other. He was truly a great friend to me.  There is an empty space in my heart that Brad once filled. He was a great man and he will be deeply missed by many people.  I know he touch a lot of people and I have the pleasure of saying he touch me in in a positive way and he has made a real difference in my life because he was in it. My condolences the family and friends of Brad.  May God bless all of you.

My name is Jeff Lester, and I had the pleasure of working with Brad for the past 14 years as a fellow Riddell sales rep in Michigan.  Along with being an amazing rep, he was an even better friend and person.  His sense of humor, kindness, and loyalty were infectious to us all.  He was there for me every time I needed support during tough times as well as a good laugh.  I want to express my deepest sympathy to the entire Dickey family, you are in my thoughts daily.  I am so blessed to of had Brad in my life, he will be forever missed by us all.  We love you B-Rad.

The Vermontville-Maple Valley football family is terribly sorry to hear of Bradś passing. From the start, Brad treated us as family and not as potential clients or accounts. He was gracious, patient, and willing to listen to what we were about and wanted. He was always willing to help us at every turn. Not because it was part of his job but because that was who he was through and through.  His loss will be felt and his friendship will be greatly missed.
