Robert Schultz, age 78, passed away peacefully on, January 28, 2023 after a brief illness. Born in Newark, NJ to the late Sidney and Belle Schultz, he resided in Verona, NJ. He was predeceased by his brother David Schultz in 2020.
He worked his entire career at H. Schultz & Sons, a four generation family wholesale housewares business. His license plate reflected the love for his business POTNPAN.
Robert graduated from Columbia High School and Rutgers University. He served proudly in the US Army after college as well.
He was a member of Cedar Hill Country Club, Livingston for over 71 years. He was an avid golfer in his early years and expert card player with his groups of exceptional friends throughout the years.
Surviving are his nieces and nephews: Dale, Ran, Ethan, Rachel & Noah Lazarovitch. His is sister-in-law Deborah Schultz. His longtime companion Miriam Goldstein.
Graveside funeral will be held January 30th, 11:00 am at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Iselin, NJ. Followed by Shiva at Cedar Hill Country Club, Livingston NJ 1:00-4:00pm.
