

A memorial Mass will be offered at Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel Church, 75 Ridgedale Ave., Cedar Knolls, NJ, on Monday, November 4th at 10:00 a.m. The family will receive their friends at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Avenue Livingston, NJ, on Sunday, November 3, 2013 from 2 – 6 p.m.
Born in Georgia, Kimberly spent her younger years in Haledon, NJ and grew up in
Livingston with her parents and sister. She then moved to Maplewood, NJ with her husband
Fernando before settling down to raise her family in East Hanover 22 years ago, where they
remained to this day.
Kimberly was an active member of the community, participating in the Court Appointed
Special Advocates for Children (CASA) program and teaching ESL during her spare time.
She was also an active member of local community theater. That was her true passion and she was happiest when performing on the stage. Her most recent role was the wicked
witch from the Wizard of Oz, following countless others over the years.
Kimberly worked in the surety bonding business for over 20 years. Recently she was
working with her father at his company Hanover Car and Limo in Florham Park, NJ. She
attended Point Park College in Penn.
Surviving is her devoted husband of 28 years to Fernando DeOliveira, loving parents Janet and Anthony Zaino, beloved sister Lisa Laganella and her husband Anthony Laganella and theirdaughter Gina Laganella, her loving children Mark DeOliveira and Jessica DeOliveira and her son-in-law Patrick Canavan, along with their children, her grandchildren Michael, Matthew and
Ryan. She was so very cherished and will be missed immeasurably.
