Harold Richard Rogers

Harold R. Rogers, 89, passed away on Monday, February 25, 2019 in Livingston, NJ. Born in East Orange, Harold was a long time resident of Livingston, and worked as a Lumber salesman for Georgia Pacific for many years. He proudly served in the National Guard for 7 years. He was a member of the American Legion Post 201 in Livingston, the Livingston Old Guard, the LivingTones, and the AARP.

Harold was predeceased by his daughter, Lynn Davies. He is survived by his beloved wife Florence; his loving children, Richard, and Joi Stauffer (Randy); his grandchildren, Kelly Zaborowski (Kenneth), Megan Lindley (Matthew), Erin Magalhaes (Joao), Erik Sheehan (Christina), and Alyssa Rogers; his great-grandchildren Madison, Owen, and Olivia Zaborowski, Chase and Mae Lindley, and Luca and Eli Magalhaes; and his brother Ronald Rogers (Patricia).

Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 1 at 11AM at the Presbyterian Church of Livingston, 271 W. Northfield Road, Livingston. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Harold’s name may be made to the Presbyterian Church of Livingston.
